By accessing or using SmashByte's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SmashByte provides wholesale voice termination, cloud PBX, SIP trunking, and related telecommunications services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. SMS/Text Message Marketing

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (SMS and MMS) from SmashByte. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message or clicking the unsubscribe link where available. For help, reply HELP.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. This includes but is not limited to spam, robocalling without proper consent, or any violation of telecommunications regulations.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

SmashByte is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violations of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
